This specific brand is unflavored with no artificial flavors. Ingredients include L-arginine, Glycine, and L-Methionine which are all amino acids. These branch chain amino acids bring muscle growth, ease muscle soreness, and help you feel less exercise fatigue.

Ratings and reviews: This current brand has 4.7 out of 5 stars on amazon which is good for a creatine supplement product in this price range.

Effects and takeaways:To conclude, as stated before creatine has been shown to increase strength and fat free mass especially when combined with heavy resistance training. This is supported by many research developments cited in this article. This SixStar product is priced reasonably and I take it myself to help with muscle growth.
